Objectives of the Practice Nurse Unit


  1. Development of policies/ protocols / guidelines  to ensure standardisation of practice throughout the Primary HealthCare
     
  2. Assist health professions working within the Primary HealthCare in their continuing professional development
      
  3. Organising educational activities in the form of lectures, seminars and conferences as necessary
     
  4. Participate in research and evaluation of services
     
  5. Keep detailed records of all training given
     
  6. Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary professional team and all members of the health care team in the respective contexts
