You are entitled to be referred for an ECG (Electrocardiogram) by your doctor who has to fill in a ticket of referral or by the Health Centre doctor who has to fill in a Health Centre ECG request form.
Please bring with you your Identity Card, appointment booklet and the ECG request form.
ECGs are taken by appointment. To make an appointment, please phone the Health Centre of your catchment area between 10.00 - 15.00hrs.
A report on your ECG will be issued by the Consultant Physician.
