Complaints & Feedback Form

We value your feedback and want to understand what the general public thinks about our services and ways of how we can improve them. Below one can rate our services while also including any comments and related suggestions. Please ensure to include a detailed description on the service that is being rated in the comments and suggestions box. 

One can also use the same form to request any other information.

In Case of Complaint

When making a complaint, kindly provide as much information as possible. This will greatly help in resolving the matter as quickly as possible. 

Complaints may be filed by sending an email to customercare.mdh@gov.mt or by submitting this form. 

When a complaint is received, it will be investigated and resolved at the earliest possible.

We will acknowledge your emails requiring a response within two working days of receipt.

We will respond in full
to your emails requiring a response, within 10 working days of receipt.
